Key Areas of Responsibilities
1. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Country Manager/ Director Sale & Marketing
2. Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
3. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
4. Develops specific plans, sales strategies to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
5. Provides quarterly targets to sales staff and results assessments of sales staff’s productivity to management on monthly basis.
6. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
7. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
8. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
9. Dealing with customers for recovery purpose and take balance confirmation from them on monthly basis and same submit to the Head Office (Accounts Manager or Assist Accounts Manager).
10. Prepare customer balance reconciliation and resolve any dispute on priority basis and same report to the Head Office (Accounts Manager or Assist Accounts Manager) and Management on monthly basis.
11. Compiling and analyzing sales figures and prepare reconciliation of sales.
12. Take follow-up on long outstanding debts.
13. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
14. Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
15. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
16. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
17. Collaborates with Country Manager/ Director Sale & Marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses and submit the report to management on monthly basis.
18. Report market and sales status to Senior Management on weekly basis.
19. Prepare weekly working report of assigned Job Description tasks & send to sales coordinator.
20. Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
21. Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
